FAQ for Christmas Tree Sale

 

WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM THE CHRISTMAS TREE SALE?

Anyone and everyone! But, it’s first come, first serve so be sure to get online bohemianblissyoga.com/plans-pricing, arrive early to studio, OR SMS/ Call 365-650-7722 to get your favourite item off the tree. 

 

WHEN DOES IT RUN UNTIL?

We open the tree for shopping on Friday, November 29th at 9am and we will be taking in online purchases, studio, SMS, Chat, email, and phone orders. You’ll notice that we have very limited quantities of each item (in some cases by limited we mean just 1). While the sale will run until December 6th, we anticipate many items selling before then.

 

WHAT IF I’M ALREADY A MEMBER?

If you are on a current membership, you may purchase a pre-paid membership and we will add this to your current membership. Simply choose the membership of your choice and 'pick start date' to align with your current membership renewal date. Note that you can not be released from your current membership if you purchase a 30 Class Pass - but you can use it to “top up” your current membership, or hold onto it until your membership term is completed. 

 

WHAT IF I PURCHASED A PRE-PAID MEMBERSHIP IN NOVEMBER?

If you still have time left on an existing pre-paid membership and want to purchase another pre-paid membership, simply purchase your membership of choice, let us know, and we can delay the start date or you can 'pick your start date' at checkout to begin after your previous membership is complete. 

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can delay your start date of your new membership as late as 90 Days from Purchase Date to use up current class packs (if you're on a membership, your new plan will activate once it's finished). Please note payment is still required at time of purchase, and no holds or refunds are available.

 

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?

Glad you asked! In addition to joining Bohemian Bliss Yoga and being part of the community, you will receive BBY follow up, personalized service and engagement. All plans include something different, head to Plans and Pricing to see more! 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Ready for a vacay? All 4 month plans come with 1 week of hold/suspension time. All 12 month plans come with 4 weeks of hold/suspension time, and can be put on hold up to 2 times (i.e. twice a year for 2 weeks each.) Need a longer break due to injury or illness? Our maximum medical suspension is up to 12 months with a doctors note.

 

WHAT IF I MOVE OR HAVE TO CANCEL?

First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership for any reason, we can issue a one-time transfer of your membership to a friend or family member, so your deal doesn’t go to waste!

 

WILL YOU BE OFFERING THIS SALE AGAIN?

Honestly, probably not until next Christmas! This is a Christmas Gift from BBY to help make purchasing health and wellness over the holiday season easier at a discounted rate. It's also a great time to gift health and wellness to friends and family. As the holiday season picks up, it's also incentive for you to take care of your own health and wellness and stick to your goals. So make sure you get the deal you're after - because we don't anticipate them lasting long!
